Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. In-stock US warehouse items typically arrive in 5–7 business days; other items 5–12 business days depending on your location. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Will this fixture work with my home's electrics?

Our US fixtures are designed for 110V–120V and use standard E26/E27 bulb bases. Every product page lists the voltage, bulb base and full dimensions so you can check fit before you buy. For hardwired fixtures we recommend a licensed electrician.

Are bulbs included?

Bulbs are not included unless stated on the product page, so you can choose the brightness and color temperature that suits your space.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Just contact us and we'll guide you through it.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Lighting is fragile, so every order is carefully packed. In the rare case something arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund — no hassle.
