Return Policy

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags and components must be included

  • The product must show no signs of damage caused by improper use

  • Hygiene-sensitive items must be unused and clean

  • Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect use, wear or damage not caused by us.

All approved returns must be shipped to our designated international warehouse. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale Items

All items purchased during promotions, clearance events, Revival Sales, Route 66 Anniversary Sales or marked as “Sale” are final sale.

Final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, please email:

Your email must include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photo (in case of damage or defect)

  • Full name

  • Shipping address

Once reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return instructions. Do not send items back without receiving confirmation from us.

Order Cancellations

Due to our fully automated processing system, orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed.

After 30 minutes, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return procedure must be followed after delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 30 days to be completed depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipments in Transit

If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible.

You must wait until the item has been delivered and then request a return according to this policy.
